Senior Technical Services Engineer

About the role

Luxaviation is seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer to lead the Singapore Technical Services Department. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager in Sydney, you will oversee day‑to‑day planning and maintenance scheduling for the Luxaviation fleet in Singapore and provide support to the Malaysian fleet as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, plan and coordinate the CAMO team’s activities.
• Mentor and develop CAMO staff to achieve high‑quality standards.
• Execute maintenance control duties in line with the ExecuJet Maintenance Control Manual and relevant regulations.
• Maintain the Aircraft Reliability Program where required.
• Prepare Maintenance Control, System of Maintenance (AMP) or Minimum Equipment List manuals for customers.
• Conduct technical surveys of aircraft and records, and produce survey reports.
• Collect technical data for navigation applications and complete related submissions.
• Generate regular maintenance reports for managed aircraft.
• Compile and present maintenance quotations to customers.
• Create work order requests for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Provide on‑site oversight of MRO work when needed.
• Assist with AOG events and contribute to the ExecuJet Safety Management System.
• Identify and pursue CAMO management opportunities, preparing proposals for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Services Engineer.
• Previous experience in corporate aviation is essential.
• In‑depth knowledge of FAA, Bermuda, IOMAR and SMAR regulations.
• Strong commitment to aviation safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid, unrestricted Singapore working rights.
• Willingness to be available after hours for 24/7 aviation support.
