About the role
We are looking for a Service Administrator to support our Service & Parts operations on a 12‑month contract. The role involves managing invoicing, documentation and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage invoicing and administrative documentation for Service & Parts operations.
- Process and monitor Repair Orders (ROs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Prepare and submit tender documentation in compliance with company requirements.
- Monitor work‑in‑progress (WIP) and prepare periodic aging reports.
- Coordinate operational administration tasks such as incentive payouts, freight charges, invoice submissions via government ePortals, and outstanding payment tracking.
- Arrange tender meetings, handle documentation and prepare meeting minutes.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.
