Service Desk – IT Support (On-site, Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Desk professional to be the first point of contact for IT support in our Singapore office. The role involves delivering prompt, effective assistance to employees and ensuring smooth operation of their technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for IT incidents and service requests via phone, email or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues and resolve them within agreed timelines.
• Accurately document all support activities in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate specialist teams.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with each interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and pay attention to detail.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and a collaborative team player.
