About the role

The Service Technician is responsible for preventive maintenance, equipment checks, and repairs of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs and ACMV units across MNC and central sites. The role also requires on‑site standby to respond quickly to incidents.

Key responsibilities

Conduct preventive measures, equipment checks and provide resolutions.
Perform hands‑on repair work on HVAC equipment.
Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub‑contractors on service assignments.
Standby on‑site for immediate response to incidents.

Required profile

1–2 years of experience in Chiller, ACMV or HVAC on‑site work.
Possess a Class 3 driving licence (optional, for company van use).
Diploma or degree in a related engineering field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
