Service Technician

About the role

Join Johnson Controls as a Service Technician and perform basic preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and general servicing activities under direct supervision. You will interact regularly with customers, the service team and subcontractors to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, installations and commissioning of building systems.
• Provide general servicing support for customers’ equipment.
• Communicate routine updates with customers, internal service teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety procedures.

Required profile

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience (entry‑level candidates are welcome).
• Willingness to learn, work as a team player and provide good customer service.
• Valid driving licence and ability to be on standby or backup as needed.
