Site Project Manager – Construction & Shopping Mall Projects

About the role

The Site Project Manager will oversee civil and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for government or shopping mall (AEI) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil and M&E works on construction projects, including shopping malls and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate day‑to‑day operations to meet project milestones.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve site‑related issues.
• Monitor project progress, cost efficiency and compliance with specifications and client requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management.
• 3‑5 years of site and project management experience in construction, shopping mall or asset enhancement initiatives.
• Experience handling government projects is an advantage.
