Executive Designer - Architectural

About the role

The Executive Designer will set up, prepare and model building developments in BIM (Revit) according to BCA BIM standards, supporting the architectural design process from concept through to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Model building development in BIM (Revit) following BCA BIM standards.
• Prepare 2D and 3D AutoCAD drafting for architectural drawings.
• Draft submission cover letters for various building authorities at each project stage.
• Submit drawings and documentation to URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks to obtain approvals and clearances, including amendments.
• Apply the above processes across all major project stages – DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.

Required profile

• Diploma in Architecture/Built Environment or equivalent (BCAA Diploma in Architecture (Technology) or ITE certificates considered).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms.
• Experience with Corenet submission requirements, procedures and standards for BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD (2D) formats.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks) and architectural codes of practice.
• Only Singaporeans are eligible.
