About the role

Join TikTok's Recommendation Architecture Team to design and build real‑time data systems that power video, live‑stream, e‑commerce and recommendation experiences for billions of users. You will work on high‑availability, scalable platforms that enable fast feature delivery and robust data processing.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement streaming (real‑time) data pipelines for large‑scale recommendation systems.
Develop flexible, high‑performance storage solutions and computing models.
Troubleshoot production issues and create tools to improve system stability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.

Required profile

Professional level experience in building large‑scale data or recommendation systems.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
Experience with real‑time computing concepts and high‑availability architectures.
