About the role
The role requires a high standard of patient care, addressing both immediate physical and emotional needs in a clinic setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate clinical care for patients under your care.
- Provide safe and competent care to patients with medical conditions.
- Perform clinic nursing duties such as medication administration, blood taking and assisting in procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure smooth delivery of patient care.
- Engage in nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education on disease management and health promotion.
- Carry out any other duties delegated by the department reporting officer.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment, flexible and open to change.
Required skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
