About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead a team of employees in a fast‑paced food production environment. You will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high standards of safety and customer service, and support the company’s commitment to quality.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and guide team members to meet performance expectations.
- Provide clear instructions and orders to subordinate staff.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Ensure deadlines are met and approve work hours.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all interaction points.
Required profile
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- High integrity, reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Team‑player attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to stay positive in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
