About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead a team of employees in a fast‑paced food production environment. You will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high standards of safety and customer service, and support the company’s commitment to quality.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and guide team members to meet performance expectations.
Provide clear instructions and orders to subordinate staff.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Ensure deadlines are met and approve work hours.
Deliver excellent customer service at all interaction points.

Required profile

Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
High integrity, reliability and a strong work ethic.
Team‑player attitude with a professional appearance.
Ability to stay positive in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

Basic computer literacy.
