About the role
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our team across Singapore. This middle‑management position involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Required profile
- Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach
- Problem‑solving skills
- Able to work longer hours with prolonged periods of standing
- Must work on weekends and public holidays
