Business Operations & Projects Executive

About the role

The Business Operations & Projects Executive will support daily business activities while driving continuous process improvements. This role collaborates across departments to ensure smooth operations, effective procurement, and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations and drive process improvements across the business.
• Develop, maintain and roll out Standard Operating Procedures and related documentation.
• Assist with procurement activities, supplier liaison and purchase order monitoring.
• Coordinate internal projects, track timelines, and prepare progress reports for management.
• Provide weekly operational updates and maintain accurate data, trackers and reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, procurement, project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
