Supply Chain Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Singapore as a Supply Chain Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a global technology leader. You will work closely with experienced professionals, supporting daily operations and learning the fundamentals of supply chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in SAP R/3, monitoring open orders and supplier confirmations.
• Communicate with suppliers to expedite urgent or delayed deliveries and maintain accurate shipment tracking.
• Monitor inbound shipments, coordinate with logistics providers, and ensure timely warehouse arrivals.
• Prepare and verify export documentation to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with shipping documents and maintain logistics records.
• Support the Supply Chain team with data collection, analysis, and reporting for performance tracking.

Required profile

• Motivated and enthusiastic student pursuing a degree related to supply chain, logistics, or business.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
