Supply Chain & Planning Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain & Planning Manager leads supply chain planning, materials management and logistics for an aerospace business in Singapore. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure compliant, efficient and reliable material flow, production planning and on‑time delivery to OEM and aftermarket customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Planners and Material Executives across planning, materials and logistics activities.
• Develop and execute demand, supply and production plans aligned with customer forecasts and aftermarket requirements.
• Participate in S&OP processes to align sales, operations and manufacturing on volume, capacity and inventory strategies.
• Oversee MRP execution, ensuring availability of raw materials, intermediates and packaging while complying with aerospace specifications.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation and distribution, ensuring compliance with dangerous‑goods regulations (IATA, IMDG, ADR).
• Collaborate with suppliers, customer service, quality, EHS and regulatory teams to meet aerospace standards.
• Define and track KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, logistics cost and schedule adherence.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and ERP/MRP system enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing planners and material executives.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
