System Analyst / Business Analyst – Public Sector

About the role

We are seeking a System Analyst / Business Analyst to support public‑sector IT initiatives across Singapore. You will work closely with business users and vendors to translate functional needs into technical solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user requirement analysis for design, development, implementation and enhancement of IT projects and systems.
• Collaborate with business users to evaluate procedures, create flow diagrams and use cases, and convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors for project implementation, integration, testing, application patches and upgrades.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, providing application support, troubleshooting and liaison as needed.
• Plan and deliver end‑user training for new system roll‑outs or enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related IT field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.
• Meticulous, organized, a team player with good articulation skills.
