About the role

Join TikTok Shop, the e‑commerce arm of TikTok, as a Talent Acquisition Graduate. You will work in a global environment, partnering with hiring managers and cross‑regional teams to shape hiring strategies for a fast‑growing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Optimize recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency and build quality candidate pipelines.
• Track recruitment outcomes, identify gaps, and propose process improvements.
• Contribute to recruiting projects such as talent mapping, market research, and recruitment process optimisation.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with ownership and execution capability.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment fundamentals and common sourcing approaches.
