About the role
Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering hiring managers and HR business partners to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding for frontline sales positions.
- Advise stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights and candidate selection.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment governance, licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs.
Required profile
- Degree with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or sales hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Good understanding of compliance, licensing and recruitment governance in financial services.
- Competency in developing talent and processes.
- Competency in engaging candidates and hiring managers.
- Competency in executing recruitment plans.
- Competency in strategising hiring initiatives.
