Talent Acquisition Specialist – APAC (Contract, up to $5.5k)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the APAC region for a fast‑growing global SaaS organization. The role involves sourcing, managing candidates, and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring objectives in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple functions across APAC, from intake briefing to offer management.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to align hiring plans with business goals.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals and market research.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support ad‑hoc HR projects such as employer branding and employee experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions and geographies within APAC.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage several requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
