Talent Acquisition Specialist – Quant Trading Firm

About the role

The firm is a fast‑growing international quantitative trading company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across trading, technology and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate experience and support broader HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure a positive candidate journey.
• Oversee external recruitment vendors and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, analyse hiring data and develop talent pipelines.
• Support employer branding activities and HR processes such as onboarding, probation, performance management and exits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in an in‑house HR role within an international setting.
• Experience recruiting revenue‑generating and technical roles in fintech, financial services, quantitative trading or hedge funds.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ATS or candidate management systems.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for recruitment efficiency.
