Talent Acquisition Specialist (Retail Hiring)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support Chanel’s regional Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence for Southeast Asia and Australia, focusing on retail hiring in Singapore. Working closely with the Singapore P&O team, retail leaders and hiring managers, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment and ensure a candidate‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for retail positions across Singapore, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Support selected office recruitment assignments aligned with market and regional priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers and P&O teams to understand workforce needs, critical vacancies and hiring timelines.
• Translate hiring needs into sourcing and selection plans that balance quality, pace and business priorities.
• Actively manage pipelines for recurring, volume and business‑critical retail roles using direct sourcing, referrals, networking and market mapping.
• Deliver a consistent and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide clear progress updates, talent market perspectives and practical recommendations to hiring managers.
• Build effective relationships with retail leaders, P&O team and regional TA colleagues to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, preferably within retail environments.
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills and ability to collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Ability to build and maintain proactive talent pipelines.
• Knowledge of various sourcing channels including direct sourcing, referrals, networking and market mapping.
