Tax Transfer Pricing Graduate Associate (2027)

About the role

KPMG’s Global Transfer Pricing Service team in Singapore is seeking a Graduate Associate to support multinational clients with their transfer pricing compliance and tax optimisation initiatives. This entry‑level position is designed for candidates graduating between January 2026 and September 2027 who are eager to develop expertise in tax, finance and international business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files and country‑by‑country reports.
• Assist in planning projects such as supply‑chain management, intellectual‑property migration and other tax‑efficient structures.
• Support implementation of transfer pricing policies and defend them during tax audits.
• Contribute to Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and other dispute‑resolution processes.
• Work with multinational clients across diverse industries and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Business or Law.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated co‑curricular achievements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Balanced quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Graduation date expected between January 2026 and September 2027.
