Team Lead, Private Banking

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead for our Private Banking division. You will lead a team of relationship managers, drive sales performance and deliver tailored financial solutions to high‑net‑worth and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of relationship managers to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and identify training needs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the client base and increase wallet share.
• Manage and expand a personal portfolio of high‑net‑worth or key corporate clients.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams and other internal stakeholders to provide integrated solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and regulatory changes to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance, client acquisition and revenue to senior management.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering senior‑level support.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing a team of relationship managers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong client relationship management skills with high‑net‑worth individuals or corporate clients.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and drive business growth.
• Good understanding of banking products, credit processes and regulatory environment.
