Required profile

• Graduating by 5 July 2027 (programme start date).
• Less than 2 years of work experience as of 5 July 2027.
• Strong passion for the banking industry.
• Demonstrated achievements in internships or co‑curricular activities.
• Leadership skills and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and commitment to professional growth.
