Telemarketer – Outbound & Inbound Call Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketer to engage potential customers interested in personal loan options. The role involves both outbound outreach and handling inbound inquiries, ensuring accurate information and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in personal loan options.
• Provide clear explanations of the company's services, including how the loan‑matching process works.
• Assist customers in understanding eligibility, required documentation, and next steps in the application process.
• Verify basic customer information and gather details needed for pre‑assessment.
• Follow up with warm leads to encourage application completion.
• Handle inbound queries from prospects and provide accurate, compliant information.
• Maintain detailed call logs, lead statuses, and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
• Escalate customer concerns or complex cases to internal teams when needed.
• Ensure all communications are aligned with Ministry of Law regulations and PDPA requirements.
• Achieve call targets, lead conversion goals, and service‑level benchmarks.
