Telesales Officer (Banking) – Contract – 10 Positions

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Officers to join our banking team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting loan products, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role offers the chance to develop sales expertise in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote, upsell, and retain loan products.
- Effectively manage and overcome customer objections.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maximize lead conversion within the assigned timeline.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding journey for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in handling objections.
- Sales‑driven and results‑oriented mindset.
- Prior sales or telesales experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, initiative and a "can‑do" approach.
