Training Sales Executive

About the role

SGS, a global testing, inspection and certification company with laboratories and business facilities in more than 115 countries, is hiring a Training Sales Executive in Singapore. The role promotes and sells the SGS Academy's in-house and public-run training courses, from lead generation through to proposal and enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell BA Academy services for in-house and public-run courses, and promote the training program through e-marketing
• Identify potential clients through research, networking and/or cold calling, and follow up sales enquiries
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Meet or exceed sales targets by managing the sales process from first contact to contract confirmation
• Prepare proposals for prospects and respond to client sales-related questions
• Generate training proposals via iLearn and update enrolments in iLearn
• Update training prospects in SharePoint and enter completed course registration forms and signed proposals into the system
• Liaise with the relevant parties to obtain documents, articles, forms and other information requested by clients
• Dispatch tutor CVs and course registration forms on client request
• Work to the highest standards of ethics under the SGS Code of Integrity

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Business or equivalent
• Relevant sales experience in related fields and a proven sales track record
• Able to work independently
• Confident handling cold calls, sales enquiries and sales presentations
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
