VP – Information & Cybersecurity Auditor

About the role

Our client, a leading international bank with a strong presence in Asia, is looking for a Vice President to join the Information and Cyber Security (ICS) audit team. The role combines deep technical expertise with audit leadership to ensure robust security controls across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Audit in developing risk assessments and audit plans for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead the planning, fieldwork, and reporting of internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with GIA standards and timelines.
• Manage high‑risk audits, supervise audit teams, and provide clear guidance on audit deliverables.
• Identify and communicate risks, negotiate issue resolutions with management, and track action‑plan implementation.
• Champion innovative audit methods, including AI‑driven data analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT auditing, or information security.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Proven team‑leadership, coaching, and conflict‑management abilities.
• Relevant professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GIAC) are highly valued.
