About the role
This position supports the inpatient ward by handling patient admission, discharge and transfer processes. The role works two daily shifts (morning and afternoon) without night duties, ensuring smooth patient flow and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with admission, discharge, and transfer procedures in the inpatient ward.
- Provide frontline customer service, responding to patient and family enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments, medical tests, and procedures with doctors and nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records in the hospital system.
- Facilitate communication between patients, nurses, and doctors to ensure seamless care delivery.
