About the role
The company is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a dedicated section within its logistics department. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a section within the department to achieve organisational goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of improvement projects and drive continuous process enhancements.
- Liaise with customers to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Provide guidance and onboarding support to junior staff and new hires to meet warehouse performance targets.
- Monitor and ensure Key Performance Indicators are met for all inbound and outbound activities.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and KPI management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in leading improvement initiatives and managing a team.
