About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee a section of our warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfilment. The role involves leading a team, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement in processes and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the departmental section to meet organizational objectives and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead improvement projects and communicate with clients to resolve operational issues.
- Assist new hires and junior staff in achieving warehouse operation goals.
- Verify that all inbound and outbound activities meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Plan manpower to fulfil customer orders while controlling costs.
- Promote mental and physical health, and ensure safety compliance within the team.
- Monitor employee performance, address issues, and provide coaching.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement process enhancements.
- Report on warehouse performance and highlight areas for development.
- Perform any other work‑related tasks as directed by superiors.
