Workday HCM Consultant – Singapore

About the role

Join Amaris Consulting as a Workday HCM Consultant in Singapore, leading the implementation and optimisation of Workday solutions for our partners. You will manage projects, configure systems and ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Workday implementations, including setup, configuration and customisation.
• Gather partner requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
• Design, test and troubleshoot Workday systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide end‑user training and ongoing support for effective system usage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, offering expert guidance.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.
• Stay current with Workday updates and industry best practices to recommend enhancements.
• Manage project timelines and resources to achieve timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development or Human Resources.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on Workday projects (implementation, support, migration, etc.).
• Knowledge of configuring Workday or other SaaS HR/Cloud solutions.
• Workday certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
