Workforce Transformation Director

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is seeking a senior leader to shape and grow its Workforce Transformation practice. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and people, helping clients redesign work, build new capabilities and embed lasting change.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the go‑to‑market proposition for Workforce Transformation across the region.
• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary transformation programmes from strategic design through implementation, adoption and sustained outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client executives, including CEOs, CHROs and transformation leaders.
• Integrate workforce redesign, skills development, talent, culture, HR technology and people analytics with broader business and operating‑model transformations.
• Drive thought leadership on AI‑enabled work, future‑of‑work trends and the role of HR in digital enterprises.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale workforce or HR transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Strong track record of developing client relationships at senior executive level.
• Ability to translate strategic ambition into actionable road‑maps and measurable results.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary consulting teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of workforce redesign, talent management, HR technology and people analytics.
• Understanding of AI, data‑driven workforce effectiveness and digital transformation.
