Workplace Platform Engineer – Build Scalable Digital Workplace

Join our mission to redefine how employees experience technology at work. As a Workplace Platform Engineer, you will build and run platforms powering thousands of employee devices, ensuring fast, secure, and great digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer modern workplace experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile and VDI platforms, focusing on performance, reliability and usability.
• Design, build, and scale modern workplace platforms, automating tasks and applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor device health and employee experience, and automate support workflows using AI agents and virtual assistants.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver frictionless digital workplace platforms and participate in incident response and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Background in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as PowerShell or Python and exposure to DevOps/SRE concepts.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., MDM, MECM) and Identity & Access Management solutions (e.g., SSO, MFA).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
