Workplace Technology Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Technology Engineer to design, implement, and support secure and scalable workplace technology solutions across our enterprise environment. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 services, network infrastructure, and modern security concepts to ensure seamless collaboration and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and standardise workplace technology and infrastructure solutions.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, collaboration tools, end‑user devices and productivity platforms.
• Administer enterprise network components including WAN, LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN and remote‑access solutions.
• Drive service recovery, minimise downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Monitor vendor and service‑provider SLAs, and evaluate emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing workplace technology and IT infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and endpoint management.
• Good understanding of IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, JML processes and privileged access management.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, network security and identity federation.
• Experience with enterprise network environments (WAN, SD‑WAN, VPN, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
