About the role

GlobalFoundries is recruiting a 2H University Intern for its Technology Development team in Woodlands, Singapore. The internship is part of a 20-24 week credit-bearing programme starting from June 2026, aimed at giving students hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry. The project focuses on BJT device DOE structures and testing.

Key responsibilities

Write a software program that summarizes the results of BJT device DOE structure DC/AC and SOA tests.
Determine which BJT device DOE parameters lead to the highest Ft/Fmax and SOA.
Apply software programming skills and semiconductor device physics knowledge to real-world use.
Perform all activities safely and responsibly, supporting Environmental, Health, Safety and Security requirements and programmes.

Required profile

Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field through an accredited programme during the internship.
Preferred: specialization in microelectronics.
Students must state their internship period clearly in their CV, resume or cover letter.
