About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a 6‑month contract to support our finance team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates without prior experience, offering full training.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the full spectrum of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare inter‑company billing statements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems.
- Support month‑end closing activities and audits.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Applicants with 1‑2 years of experience will have an advantage.

What we offer
- Monthly salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,000.
- 6‑month contract with potential for extension.
