6-Month Contract Accounts Assistant – No Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a 6‑month contract to support our finance team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates without prior experience, offering full training.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare inter‑company billing statements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Maintain documentation and filing systems.
• Support month‑end closing activities and audits.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Applicants with 1‑2 years of experience will have an advantage.
