Academic Programs Manager, High School

About the role

Stamford American International School, an IB World School in Singapore serving students aged 18 months to 18 years, is looking for an Academic Programs Manager to join its High School team. The role manages the operational, reporting, data and analytical systems supporting the High School's academic programs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with the school's pedagogical and leadership frameworks, while directly running the administrative operations for IB, AP and BTEC programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Administration, Data Systems/Analytics or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of teaching in a secondary school environment
• Minimum 3 years of academic operations management in a secondary school
• Hands-on experience managing external examination logistics, candidate registrations and compliance reporting
• Full compliance with Cognita safeguarding and child protection requirements
• Preferred: Master's degree in Educational Management, Information Systems or Data Analytics
• Preferred: proven track record building complex secondary master timetables and facility allocation plans, and prior administrative leadership in an international school with multiple curricula

• Advanced proficiency in school information systems (SAMS, ManageBac), master scheduling software and credit tracking databases
• Data dashboards, transcript reviews and student achievement trend analysis
