Account Director

About the role

The Account Director will serve as the primary liaison between Motion and its clients, ensuring that every promise is delivered with excellence. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will lead the end‑to‑end execution of experiential campaigns, balancing creativity with operational rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted, long‑term relationships.
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs for creative and production teams, and communicate design constraints back to clients.
• Lead client presentations and concept pitches in partnership with the Business Development Director.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including planners, designers, writers, and external partners—to bring ideas to life.
• Maintain commercial stewardship, monitoring profitability and ensuring projects stay within scope.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in client‑facing roles within marketing, communications, or events.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑visibility projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of nurturing client relationships.
• Strategic thinker who can balance creative vision with operational constraints.
