Account Executive – First Sales (APAC)

About the role

As an Account Executive you will be a key player in Naboo’s international expansion across the APAC region. You will turn qualified inbound leads into satisfied customers by understanding their event‑planning needs and guiding them through the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Support inbound leads (marketing‑generated or returning customers) in planning seminars, team retreats, or workshops using the Naboo platform and curated venue collection.
• Qualify and manage leads from marketing and SDR teams, present tailored solutions, close deals and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and provide product feedback.
• Participate in strategy discussions that shape Naboo’s roadmap.
• Mentor and onboard new team members as the sales team grows.

Required profile

• Experience as an SDR or Account Executive, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Native English speaker; Mandarin is a plus.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.
