Account Executive (Full Set)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive (Full Set) to oversee end‑to‑end accounting operations across Singapore. The role combines core finance functions with compliance and process‑improvement initiatives, offering a dynamic environment for a motivated accounting professional.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Handle GST reporting, cash flow management, billing and claims processing.
• Conduct Vendor and Customer KYC processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support system implementation projects and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in trading or related industries.
• Strong team player with initiative, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
