Account Executive – Private Markets (Outbound Sales)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global payments company as an Account Executive within the Private Markets team. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of alternative‑investment managers, fund administrators and related investors, helping them navigate complex cross‑border payments and FX solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify potential private‑market clients to create a robust lead database.
• Conduct high‑volume cold‑calling to engage C‑level executives and present the company’s payment and FX offerings.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closure.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for each portfolio.
• Identify client pain points and tailor solutions that improve liquidity, risk management and transaction efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of outbound or B2B sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong drive, ambition and resilience with a hunter mentality.
• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and building trust.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
