Account Manager – Client Growth & AI‑Driven Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to grow and deepen our existing client relationships – not just maintain them. This proactive, growth‑oriented role expands our footprint within current accounts by building relationships with new contacts, departments, and branches while leveraging AI tools for higher efficiency and efficacy.

Key responsibilities

• Grow revenue from existing accounts by expanding relationships across contacts, departments, and branches.
• Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build long‑term client relationships by genuinely understanding their business, not just their next request.
• Respond to client requests promptly with well‑tailored proposals and solutions.
• Lead negotiations and manage client onboarding and contracts.
• Use AI tools daily to work more efficiently across research, outreach, proposals, and planning.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and healthy account margins.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client‑facing commercial roles; market research background is a plus but not required.
• A proactive go‑getter with a strong drive to succeed, balancing company and client goals.
• Minimum 2 years of regular, hands‑on use of AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills paired with logical and strategic thinking.
• Business‑level fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Office‑based work with hybrid flexibility in Singapore.
