Account Manager – Coffee Wholesale

About the role

PPP Coffee is expanding its commercial and wholesale business in Singapore and seeks an experienced Account Manager to nurture relationships with HORECA and corporate clients, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA and corporate clients, ensuring retention and expansion.
• Provide expert advice and timely solutions on wholesale coffee products, coordinating with internal teams.
• Conduct basic coffee training sessions for clients.
• Onboard new clients and oversee 90‑day check‑ins and annual reviews.
• Generate new business opportunities, follow up on leads, and cross‑sell additional products.
• Prepare customised sales proposals, deliver presentations and organise coffee tastings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while collaborating with sales and marketing.
• Represent PPP Coffee at trade shows, networking events and industry activities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of account management experience, preferably in FMCG or F&B.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee and coffee machines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building and client‑service orientation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
