Account Manager - Facilities Management

About the role

JLL is hiring an Account Manager for its facilities management (IFM) business in Singapore. The role combines hands-on operational management of the Singapore office with strategic oversight of client offices across the region, and supports the transition of new IFM services into additional countries. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, lead account governance including business reviews (MBRs, QBRs) and strategic planning, and coordinate remotely with country-based teams
• Oversee operations across client offices, keeping service quality, responsiveness and compliance consistent, and act as the regional knowledge centre and best practice hub
• Manage IFM operations in Singapore, including M&E services, cleaning, event management, improvement and minor projects, and guide remote offices
• Maintain front-of-house standards, handle office requirements and escalate to the FM team, and foster an inclusive workplace culture
• Lead procurement, coordination and transition of new IFM services to other countries, and build playbooks, SOPs and training materials for country teams
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety and environmental regulations, run HSSE training and close out corrective actions
• Manage budget, costs and financial performance, report KPIs and identify cost optimisation opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace management or corporate administration
• Verbal and written English and Mandarin
• Comfortable balancing hands-on Singapore operations with regional oversight and virtual coordination
• Understanding of SEA business cultures and ability to adapt management styles
• Client-funded travel may be required occasionally
