Account Manager – Financial Services (Chinese/Mandarin)

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking an Account Manager for its Financial Services portfolio who can fluently serve Chinese‑Mandarin speaking clients. You will act as the primary contact for hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks and private equity firms, handling inbound queries, outbound engagement, relationship updates and renewal discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize retention and drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across existing client business units.
• Identify and grow revenue opportunities, forecast retention rates and prevent churn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover white‑space and craft compelling messaging for new users.
• Conduct business reviews, onboarding, training and proactive outreach to key stakeholders.
• Serve as the on‑site advocate for both AlphaSense and the client, gathering product feedback and value stories.

Required profile

• Business proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin and English.
• Proven ability to build and grow relationships with Fortune 1000 and financial services clients.
• Strong business acumen, consultative mindset and experience in SaaS client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with analysts through C‑level executives.
• Energetic, curious and results‑driven with a commitment to delivering outcomes.
