About the role
The Account Manager will lead a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and delivering IT business solutions that drive digital transformation and cloud adoption. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through structured sales strategies and compelling presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levels, including senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service scope while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long‑term retention through effective post‑sales support.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in IT sales or business solutions.
- Proactive, results‑driven attitude with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
