Account Manager

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Singapore and serves as the primary point of contact for the agency’s clients. The Account Manager will nurture client relationships, oversee project execution and ensure campaigns meet expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams to deliver client projects on time and within budget.
• Manage client expectations, act as the main liaison and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee campaign budgets, timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality and performance.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to align work with client objectives.
• Monitor project progress, report status to clients and address any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven account management and client relationship experience.
• Strong project coordination skills, able to handle budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions aligned with client goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
