Account Manager, Mid-Market, Australia & New Zealand

About the role

The Mid-Market Sales team within Meta’s Small & Medium Business Group is looking for an Account Manager to help advertisers across Australia and New Zealand grow their businesses. You will combine consultative sales, data‑driven insights and product expertise to drive revenue and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consultative sales that align with advertiser goals and boost product adoption.
• Provide dedicated account management and develop strategic plans for transformational growth.
• Lead account operations, including troubleshooting, escalations and timely resolutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product and support teams to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients on best practices and upcoming Meta solutions, tailoring recommendations to each advertiser.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Meta’s advertising products and emerging AI tools.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Effective storytelling through data visualization for audiences of varying technical levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment and work well with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
